There has been such a lot of hype about these three books, that I was really looking forward to reading these books.  I borrowed them for someone else, and first let me say, I was so glad I borrowed them, rather than purchase them.

So I guess we'll get the "sex scene's" topic over with first.  Honestly by the time I got to the third book my reaction was, "Oh for crying out loud, here we go again." It was boring and totally unnecessary.  I don't claim to be an expert in what they were talking about/doing, infact I had never heard of most things, but I am quite sure you could get your point accross in lesser detail!!!

If you took out the sex scenes from the three books, it would have been one book, not three books.  The actual storyline if you took out the sex part of it was a tad weak and over the top.   Poor student meets rich millionaire with a lot of emotional issues; he wisks her off her feet and they live happily ever after with a few "blips" along the way.

I had a couple of thoughts along the way.  One was I would be so exhausted by their lifestyle, it just wasn't realistic, though I guess with all their "staff" all they had to think about were themselves, not the day to day chores, about making dinner, doing the laundry etc.

Also "the playroom," when they come to sell the apartment, I wonder how the real estate agent describes that room?

I have read a lot better books, but if are going on vacation and fancy doing some reading, well take these along to fill in some time, I guess.  Me personally I'll stick to my more "normal" kind of books, but I can always say I read these ones!!!!!

This is the last book in the series, and again it was a really good book to read.  It also brought together characters from the first two book, while introducing you to Veronique.  I enjoyed the way the author mixed the French and English words together, as it made Veronique seem more real, as you could image her talking like that.

This book however left you wanting more from the series, as I do feel there are still more stories to be told, especially about Miss Maudie and Lilly.

Stars out of 5 : 5 I really enjoyed this book.

This series of books got better with each book, and all these books were purchased from Bookcloseouts by myself and will be donated to my local library.

Of the three books in the series I enjoyed this one the best, although the third one was good as well.

The lead characters were great especially Annabelle, which by the way is the name of my childhood doll!!  She pocessed a depth of character I wish I could have and a heart as big.

This book teaches you that you can't judge a book by it's cover, it's whats inside that matters and God does give all mistakes.

This is book one in a three part series.  I have read and will review all three books.  This book is hard going to start with.  It wasn't until I got into chapter 7 or 8 that I actually began to enjoy the book.  Prior to that I found the book long winded, depressing and just plain boring.

However I will assure you it is worth persevering as this book lays the foundation for the series and once you have read this one, it makes things easier for the other two as they are connected.

Star out of 5: 3 It's a shame this was such a hard book to get into as this is a good series of books.  I am glad though that I read it as it made reading the others in the series easier.

Yet when circumstances throw Amy and Tim together, they form a friendship that surprises them both. Will past hurts always be a barrier between them, or will this tentative relationship blossom into something more?

Have to say this book was a pleasant read.  The characters of the children were delightful and you couldn't help but love them; especially Adrianna.  The storyline was believable and there was a slight twist in it, that I didn't see coming.  You can probably guess the outcome and it was a pleasant one.  I feel there could be a follow up book to this one as the book did stop just like that.  I would have preferred an epilogue just to put an end to the story.  Quite often though you writers don't do that and this was the case here.

Stars out of 5 : 4 a quick and easy read for a hot Summer's day with a happy outcome and nothing too over taxing on the brain.
